October Sheep Processing Workshop
Located in White Salmon WA. Oct 26-27. This workshop will provide hands on experience of the full process of dispatch to cut and wrap.
Participants will be able take home meat from the weekend to continue to enjoy.
Mutton BBQ provided on Saturday evening
No on site camping offered due to unpredictable weather, but The Society Hotel, the inn at Trout Lake and several camping options near by on national forest land are some good possible options.
This course is not suitable for children. 18+. Dispatch of the animals will entail the use of a rifle (by me) and the participants will be using sharp knives. All equipment and PPE will be provided.
Lunch, beverages and snacks are up to the participant to bring for themselves
No previous experience necessary to participate.
