October Sheep Processing Workshop

The last weekend of October, 25-26 we will gather on a beautiful property in the Columbia River Gorge outside of White Salmon WA. We will learn the full process of dispatch to eviseration, cleaning carcass and prepping the skins for tanning and the following day will be spent learning to break down and cut and wrap the carcass. I will provide a Mutton Burger BBQ on Saturday evening. This is a hands on workshop. Participants will all go home with meat from the workshop and the skills to begin at home sheep processing. Overnight accommodations will be up to the individuals to find locally and I can offer some suggestions. Deposit of $200 holds your spot with the remaining $300 due on Sept 30th.
