Boise sheep processing workshop TBD

Get hands on experience in a small group in Boise ID this coming Oct/Nov official date TBD. This will be a 2 day event in which we do the full breakdown from dispatch to skinning, evicerating, and prepping the carcass to cool and the second day will comprise of a basic cut and wrap workshop. Everyone goes home with meat from the experience. Intended for 21+ please message me regarding exceptions.
